Agreement

PestRoute is provided by Adam P. Gibbons, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as PestRoute, 121 Glencam Road, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom; contact support@pestroute.algd.store for anything about these terms.

These terms apply to the business named on the account ("you"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

PestRoute stores route days, service records, application details, photos and signatures, and maintains a chemical inventory count. The service is provided as-is; you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your own records and for any regulatory obligation that applies to your licence. PestRoute does not file anything with any agency on your behalf.

Price

US$99 per month, flat, per firm, billed monthly through Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store data you are not licensed to hold.

Liability

Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
