What we store

Account details, route and service records, photos, signatures, chemical inventory, and the sync journal. The service runs on Fly.io in a single region (US, Virginia) with one encrypted volume; the database is sqlite on that volume.

Who sees it

You and the technicians you add. Per-visit customer links are unlisted, tokenised URLs: anyone with the link can read that visit's record. Records are kept while the account is open, and deleted within 30 days of cancellation on request.

Payments

Card data never reaches PestRoute. Payments are processed by Stripe; checkout is handled on Stripe's own page.

Your choices

Contact support@pestroute.algd.store for export, correction or deletion requests.
